Quick update from warm Palm Springs, CA, where Baha met a lot of great folks with high energy. Sep 22-26 marked these warm dates, and it was packed with a great opening remark from Mark Brand about how we all need to think "One", not "us" vs. "they". Our key takeaways were many, but to name a few:
- People who know people, who listen to and understand them, have a much higher chance of winning (customer mindset, but it takes a lot more to do the effort)
- Customers change with times, too. We all need to be aware of these changes to serve them well.
- All companies, even if they seem to be competing, can actually cooperate as well to serve humanity overall. This creates the true win-all.
